How To Start
Before launching in on the E30 Experience, we get you to first join us for an intro session. Here we will cover some basic boxing and lifting techniques to help ensure you stay safe and get the most out of your training.

EXPECTED RESULTS: See it in the mirror weight loss and toning results are all just by products of the E30 secret sauce – we build all facets of your fitness. To do this, there are three distinct streams to the E30 Experience;
Aerobic: developing a strong cardiovascular system so that you are never short of breath running up a flight of stairs again
Stamina: increasing your ability to just keep on going when others stop, and then to keep on going some more
Strength: building a base of strength that allows you to do things you have never thought possible
THE SCIENCE: Here we unleash our inner fitness nerd. The E30 Experience whole heartedly subscribes to the theory that “if you’re not assessing, you’re guessing”. For this reason, the training program is built around 8 week training blocks. Each week builds and progresses on the previous, leading us to the pinnacle of the programming… “Fight Week”.
FIGHT WEEK: For one week in every two months, we perform a series of benchmark workouts that allow us to see just how much your fitness has improved. Get ready for a lot of back slaps and high fives as this is where the rubber meets the road!
